Free camp listings are available. Depending on the directory, free listings may include less text, fewer profile page features, or fewer outbound links than enhanced or featured listings.
2026-27 Featured Camp Listings are also available for camps that would like additional placement and visibility within our directory pages. You may request complete advertising and featured listing information at any time.
You do not need to purchase a featured listing or advertising plan to be considered for inclusion in our directories.

Tips for Completing Your New Camp Listing
For the easiest experience, we recommend completing the form on a desktop or tablet, especially if you will be entering longer program descriptions or information for multiple locations.
Use your camp's actual name. Please enter the official name of your camp or program rather than a descriptive phrase or promotional headline.
Do not insert code or scripts. Listing fields should contain regular text and normal website addresses only. Please do not include HTML, JavaScript, embed code, scripts, tracking code, shortened or tracked links, or other programming code in your submission.
Camps with Multiple Locations
If your camp operates in different states, enter those states in the "Other States" field.
If you have multiple locations within the same state, you may include the additional addresses and location information in the "Other Info" field. If you want each location to have separate mapping and location information, submit a separate form for each camp location.
Online, Virtual, and eCamps
If your program serves campers online, be sure to list all states, and Canada when applicable, from which you accept participants in the "Locations in Other States" field.
Preparing Your Camp Information
Please review the form before beginning so you can see how the questions and information fields are organized.
You may copy and paste plain text into the larger text fields. If copying from another source, review the pasted information for unusual characters, extra spaces, or formatting that may not transfer correctly.
Use normal paragraph breaks in larger text areas. Avoid tabs, repeated spaces, unnecessary special characters, or decorative symbols.
Please double-check your information before submitting. Review camp names, descriptions, locations, spelling, email addresses, website addresses, and other contact information for accuracy.

Because we communicate with camps primarily by email, please provide a reliable, long-term camp administration email address that will continue to be monitored throughout the year.
Keeping your listing accurate and current helps families understand what your camp offers and make better-informed decisions when comparing programs. Camp operators are responsible for updating their information whenever programs, locations, contact details, or other important information changes.
